The iSavers Network: Savings & Network Marketing

I decided to feature this relatively new Program because it is not your typical Network Marketing Program. Most Programs focus on one thing; getting people under you. While that is the ultimate goal of iSavers, they provide several many ways to save and earn money through other means while you are building your down-line essentially giving you a zero-cost membership.

While it is not completely unique, the concept of iSavers is a well rounded package that is excellent for beginners because it provides ways to more than pay for the membership before you even establish a down-line. They mostly consist of two ways to save and one way to earn a profit.

Coupon & Savings:
Save up to 50% at over 100,000 Participating Merchants. These aren’t just any merchants; they are ones we use on a consistent basis from anywhere from food to retail stores to travel. Big industry names include all of McDonalds, Sears, Sonic Drive-Ins, Chuckey Cheese’s, Tony Roma’s, SouthwestAir Vacations, The Barnes & Noble, Foot Locker, Reebok, A.D.I.D.A.S., Denny’s, Shell Gasoline Stations, Delta Airlines, Marriott Hotels, Ann Taylor, Avis Car Rental, Dominoes Pizza, Costco, Blockbuster, Kohls, Del Taco, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wal-Mart, Hilton Hotels, Jiffy Lube, Baskin Robin, FTD, and over 99,900 other merchants! While their list of participating merchants is very impressive, they are always on the hunt finding new deals with existing merchants and finding new merchants to participate. This is the heart of the product and it’s a good one. In this economy, everyone needs to save money, so you’ll be doing a favor to everyone you sign up; everybody wins.

Wholesale Warehouse:
iSavers Network has their own Wholesale Warehouse which is fairly similar to most online premium Warehouses with one difference. Most warehouses of this caliper costs hundreds of dollars annually to be a member, the one that comes with iSavers is at no additional cost. They feature thousands of items that can be as much as 90% off list / retail price. Profit potential comes from the resale of these items whether it be on your own site or though eBay. Most people go through eBay as it is the site that gets the most exposure compared to your personal site that may not be getting any traffic at all. I think this is a neat idea, but, the industry is already saturated with people selling wholesale products in every venue, so I don’t find it practical myself. You can, however, use it to save some money for yourself, friends and family, so it’s not a total waste.

Financial Software:
The other way of saving money though iSavers comes from their premium software. It is capable of showing you information about your income, loans, savings, mortgage, and retirement accounts as well as creating budgets for things like groceries, utilities, entertainment, and expenses. Its primary function is to show you the quickest way to get out of debt like showing you how to pay your house off in 12 years instead of 30. While it’s an expensive tool, it’s not revolutionary; there are other programs out there that will do the very same thing. The main advantage to this tool is the simple fact that it is free and that it is an online tool so you will never be apart from your financial software. For me, it’s more of a novelty than anything else since I use some corporate financial software, but to those who don’t shell out big bucks for those types of programs, this one could be very useful.

While the above features of the program are interesting, we’re all here to make money through Network Marketing, and now I will talk about how that’s done. Before we dive into numbers, there’s one thing that I always take a moment to make clear to dispel any misconceptions you may have about MLMs and Home Businesses in general:

Direct Down-line Payoff:
When I talk about payout: I follow the rule of how many first-line people you will need under you to pay off membership fees. In iSavers, the membership is $59.95 and a first-line payout of $15/person, so I will be using the Rule of 4. In the Rule of 4 I will calculate the tiered income estimates based on each person having just 4 people directly below them. I prefer the Rule of 4 because everyone knows 4 people who could save money. After all, who doesn’t need to save some money in this economy? The system is very profitable even if everyone just gets 4 people under them. Let’s take a closer look:

As you can see, if everyone just gets 4 people, the income potential is fairly significant. A fully matured down-line for each person under you contributes about $15,016 in the Rule of 4, so if you recruited 5 people who fill their down-line with the Rule of 4, you would have a monthly income of 75,080, and if you recruited 3 people, you would have a monthly income of $45,048.

So how long will it take? Calculating how long it will take for your down-line to mature is very speculative and depends on more factors than can be taken into consideration to create an official formula, so I will be going off the average I have seen for Rule 4 MLM’s. In The iSavers Network Program’s case, you should reserve 7-10 days for each tier, so you’re looking at getting noticeable returns in about a 4-6 weeks and significant returns in 7-10 weeks. It can take several months to have a fully matured down-line due to idle users and drop-outs. The time it takes is contingent on everyone in your down-line getting their 4 people each. If someone tells you you’re going to make thousands in less than 30 days, they’re trying to scam you. You will earn good money though iSavers faster than most, if not all other similar programs since the “quicker” programs turn out to be scams that run with your money. iSavers is faster than other genuine programs because it only takes 4 people to break even your down-line as others tend to require you to have anywhere from 6-10 people under you to break even which is typically because you get paid less for each person in your down-line. It takes a great deal more effort to find 6-10 people compared to finding just 4. These large numbers are daunting and make it very difficult if not impossible to have a fully matured down-line.

Most MLMs have a bonus or two, and iSavers is no exception. There are two kinds I will talk about: The Compression Bonus and Leadership Bonus. We’ll mainly talk about the Compression Bonus as the Leadership bonus won’t be available until after you have built up some of your down-line. While there are some big bucks to be made via the Leadership Bonus, I’d rather focus on something that is in your reach relatively quickly.

Compression Bonus:
In every MLM there is attrition; people leaving the program for one reason or another (as illustrated to the right). When someone leaves the program and has a down-line, the vast majority of MLMs will take all of the profit from the down-line all themselves. iSavers doesn’t work that way; they feel that the down-line is earned by the members and should be awarded to members. iSavers takes all the money that would have gone to the person who left and pool that money for the Compression Bonus. In order to qualify for the Compression bonus, You need to bring in a few new members. While other MLMs want you to bring in 10-15 a month, you can earn the Compression bonus by bringing in as little as two, and sometimes, you don’t personally have to bring in any, as your tier 1 and tier 2 down-lines count for you too. Let’s talk about their points system. You need 5 points to get the bonus, and here’s how you get them:

• You get 3 points for each person you personally bring in.
• You get 2 points for each person directly under you brings in. (Tier 1)
• You get 1 point for each person anyone directly under them. (Tier 2)

So if you bring in two people in the same month, you have already qualified for the bonus. You can get any combination on points. If you bring in 1 person and someone under you brings in 1 person, you’re qualified because you earned 5 points. It’s easy to earn this bonus without even trying as your down-line earns if for you, but getting more people under you can turn into a lot of money down the road. The amount of the bonus equals the amount in the Compression bonus pool divided by the number of distributors that qualified. Since the MLM is new, the bonus won’t be significant at first, but it will get bigger and bigger as the program gets bigger.

iSavers Network MLM Leadership Bonus

Leadership Bonus:

The other bonus is the leadership bonus. I’m going to go over this quickly because, to be honest, it is out of the reach of the average member, but I’ll still cover it because I want this review to be as complete as possible. This bonus is for hard-core distributors that get copious quantities of members below them. There are three tiers for this bonus, they award 1/2/3 shares and require that you have 30/60/100 active tier one members and 5,000/10,000/25,000 active members in their down-line respectively. The bonus pool is made of $2 for every distributor. If there are 100,000 distributors, the bonus pool will be $200,000. The bonus is divided by shares among the members who qualify. Someone with three shares will get three times as much as someone who has only one share. This is all well and good, but its requirement makes it so that most members won’t consider it worth pursuing.

It’s getting time for me to wrap up this review because I’m sure some of you have fallen asleep already, and if I keep going, I might lose more of you. This section is where I summarize what we have been going over as well as present a few new facts, both for and against the program. This is a really great program, but there’s always room for improvement. Let’s take a good look:

As you can see, the pros more than greatly outnumber the cons which are rather small and insignificant, and with my help, there are essentially no cons to worry about. Of all of the MLM’s I’ve ever reviewed, this is the only one which can earn you money before you start your down-line carries absolutely NO risk. This program provides the means to save more money than it costs and allows you to earn a large income through the network marketing side. There is no other MLM that will help you pay nothing until you get your down-line setup. Of all of the MLMs that I’ve reviewed and been a part of, this one is one of the only ones I’m proud to be a part of.

There is nobody out there that this program can’t help save money while building up a nice, steady income. Everybody needs to save some money and everybody could use a little more income. Saving money in this bad economy is more important than ever, and a second source of income could be a live-saver if you were to lose your job it were to take months for you to find a new one, as it does for most people.

In closing, I just want to say that this program is a great program. It is very hard to find a genuine MLM nowadays as everyone is out to get your money and they don’t care what happens after they have it. They disappear without a trace and you’re left broke and cheated. iSavers has changed the face of Network Marketing.
